1. Support new hire on-boarding and check-out process, prepare labor contracts and related documents.
2. Cooperate with HRIS administor to maintain the employee database.
2. Coordinate training arrangement and tracking progress.
3. Intern payroll management, monthly intern payroll report.
4. Assist Benefits issues, benefits delivery and related information collection
5. Documents filing, responsible for various documents preparation and filing.
6. Admin work assigned by HR team
Requirements:
-Self-motivated, diligent and highly responsible
-Quick leaner, detail-oriented, good communication
-Related experience in multinational company is an advantage
-Good English (both written and oral) and MS Office skills
-Work at least 3-4 days per week, and over half a year
-Prefer Grade 3 students or “保研”
