- Job posting, external hiring channel maintaining and intranet referral page update.
- Profile maintenance, HR Recruiting reports update and management
- Interview process coordination and following-up
- Candidate sourcing, CV screening, telephone interview,
- Job fairs and campus recruiting activities support.
- Administration daily activities and other related matrix support.
Requirements:
1. Student in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Management or English;
2. Has similar practice in HR related area;
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;
4. Good team player and fast learner with detail-oriented mindset;
5. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially in Excel, Power Point and Word.
Qualifications:
1. 大三以上本科/研究生，有HR 招聘实习经历的同学优先考虑，研一/大四保研同学优先考虑
2. 一周可以工作4-5个工作日，持续时间6-8个月。
