岗位描述
1. Support plan and implement Henkel APAC Training program;
2. Training preparation from end to end;
3. Training data maintenance and analysis;
4. Fully in charge of New Hire Orientation on a monthly basis;
5. Preparation for ad-hoc reports and presentations;
6. Vendor liaison and relationship maintenance;
7. Payment reimbursement and tracking.
岗位要求
1. Undergraduate / graduate in a full-time education, major in human resource or English or education related is preferred;
2. 3-5 days per week, Monday & Tuesday is must, ideally can work more than 6 months; 3. Excellent command of Microsoft Office esp Excel and PowerPoint;
4. Good command of both oral and written English; Good communication skills;
5. Initiative to learn.
