Role description：
This intern role is to support Guest Marketing Manger of Greater China on project management and campaign development. This role will also be liaison with hotels in/outside China, Global mkt team and agencies to ensure a smooth project delivery.

Detailed potential task list       
• Assisting project manager in briefing & reviewing agency output on projects
• Participate in the ideation
• Reviewing and providing detailed feedback on: Layout and visuals
        - Copy proofing and updating
        - Surveying and QCing merchandising assets and pieces, press check
        - Onsite inspection of merchandising setup
• Sourcing images and information for campaign reference
• Competitor review and research
• Support project manager in following up with stakeholders for information or assets
• Campaign timeline management
• Building training material with the guidance of the project manager
• Marketing administrative tasks such as:
      - Translation (EN to CH) of internal training materials, hotel communication
      - Setup meetings and appointments with stakeholders
      - Trafficking proofs, QCing, asset collecting
      - Documentation filing and processing
      - Meeting minutes and action points

Requirement:
- Marketing or advertising background and knowledge
- Good command of MS Office and proficient in English
- Experience in hospitality or travelling industry is a plus
