Position Opening: Senior Software Engineer (front-end)

Software Engineers are responsible for development of enterprise analytic software supporting, mining and analyzing huge volumes of data. This position requires ability to work well within a team structure and to deliver on specific tasks, keenness to explore requirements and work proactively towards identifying gaps, and adherence to general work processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a talented front-end developer with 2 to 5 years of related industry experience, preferably working on large-scale, high-volume consumer-facing web applications. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, can work under minimal supervision and can develop rich user experiences independently based on style guides, composite designs and interaction specifications.

Skills required

Experience or in-depth knowledge in SOAP, web service,JAX-WS, SQL/my SQL

Highly proficient in one or more of the following languages: Java, C++, C#

Highly proficient with
Flex, HTML(5) and CSS; ability to produce high-quality HTML / CSS renderings based on Photoshop files

Ability to make clever use of AJAX calls to balance computation between server and client to optimize performance and memory usage

Experience in
JavaScript and common libraries, such as JQuery

Experience in
implementing many complex user interactions in the browser using HTML and JavaScript

Experience in
object-oriented programming and design patterns

Familiar with
cross-browser compatibility issues

Familiar with
developing sophisticated interactive charts and tables rendered fully in the browser
