现在西门子(中国)有限公司招一名部门实习助理兼职,工作内容:
Office administration: Purchase order; make claims; etc
Serectarial tasks for management: office organisation, correspondence, adminstrative tasks, meeting planning, meeting record and flight book, etc.
Management for Department statistics and reporting;
Others: Support visa application, support onsite EHS PPE check etc.
Requirement:
(1) Proficient English speaking and writing;
(2) Kind, easygoing personality and must be patient and careful for TA work;
(3) Good communication and cooperation with others;
(4) Intern at least 5 months from end November 2o14 to end of May 2015;
(5) Better work three days a week, female is preferred.
Salary: 12-15RMB/per hour for undergraduate, 15-20RMB for postgraduate.
