职位介绍如下：
1) Review instructions from our team in Chicago about how to setup and paramatrize algorithmic trading strategies that nite.
2) Review market conditions and economic events to make sure the environment is right for turning on our strategies.
3) Setup and turn on algorithmic trading strategies.
4) Monitor and perform analysis on more than 20 trading strategies, until the US team arrives to the Chicago office at 8pm Shanghai time.
5) Discuss and hand off any trading issues with the US team.
*) During unforeseen market events, the trader will need to think quick, and adjust our algorithms, either by turning them off, changing some paramaters, and /or manually trading out of positions
*) The trader will need adequate English in order to call exchanges to cancel orders, and as well to call me or other traders in the middle of the US night to get instructions for how to deal with difficult situations.
*) The trader will need above else good judgment and diligence to avoid making errors. Trading errors costs my team hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
