Job Title: Lead Engineer （software )

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead a team of software engineers to develop DQM, ETL and other modules. Distribute tasks to team members and ensure smooth delivery with guaranteed quality for project. Represent the team to communicate with product development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•        Align with analytics team about data logic and business requirements
•        Design data model and schema
•        Lead to intensively develop DQM, ETL and other modules
•        Optimize algorithm to enhance performance and meet the time limit
•        Debug issues, report bugs and essential requirements to development team
•        Communicate with development team and distribute new releases and features to team members
•        Assign tasks properly to team member and provide guidance for junior software engineers on their careers

Knowledge and Skills
•        Good Linux and Hadoop skills
•        Experience with processing large data
•        Extensive experience at least with one ETL tool
•        Good understanding of database scalability techniques and Parallel ETL flows
•        Experience in analytics or data warehouse environment is a plus
•        Fair knowledge of database administration
•        Programming experience with a programming language such as Python or Java
•        Have excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
•        Fair experience in team management
•        Good English written, verbal, and comprehension skills required

Education
A Bachelors degree with a major in CS, CIS, MIS from top universities, or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years software product development experience.
