PURPOSE:  Applying LexisNexis products to customers’ work by supporting Account Manager in pre-sales and delivering product training to customers.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•        At pre-sale stage, provide with professional opinion on what product package to propose based on customers’ respective demands.
•        At post-sale stage, train customers on all LexisNexis products face-to-face and via internet or telephone in academic, corporate, government and legal markets.
•        Support marketing, content or other department by providing with opinions in terms of product knowledge
•        Provide follow-up training, consultation, and end-user support.
