【Position - Account Intern】
Paper Stone Scissors has been creating magic for some of the world’s most iconic brands for more than 20 years. With studios in Melbourne and Shanghai, we weave strategy with creative to build brands with imagination, spark and personality.

We're looking for a bright and energetic full-time Account Intern to join our highly skilled team and get a foot in the door at our rapidly growing agency.

What we’re really after is someone who shows initiative and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. You will need to be adaptable, exhibit a can-do attitude, and have team spirit.

【Position Requirements:】
-Proficiency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
-University Degree (Arts, Marketing, Media/Advertising preferred)
-Ability to build positive relationships with clients
-Problem solving skills and a strong eye for detail
-Sound written and verbal communication skills
-Exceptional project management skills
-Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Tech and social media savvy
-Internships within media and communications highly regarded

我们是一家澳大利亚的顶尖品牌策划公司，创意设计是我们的强项。我们的客户包含酒店，商场，时尚以及生活方式行业的国际知名品牌。在墨尔本成立了20余年在澳大利亚颇有声誉，上海的办公室也成立了9年(地理位置静安，靠近苏州河)，我们跟墨尔本的伙伴每天紧密合作资源共享。虽然上海的办公室不及墨尔本的规模，但是这意味着你能上手做更多的事情成长得更快。

现招客户部实习生一枚，需要一周到五天，实习期2-3个月。实习期满后会做一个全面评估是否获得正式录用资格（目前公司有初级正式岗位空缺）。

只要你够机灵勤奋英语好，我们毫不介意你对这个行业0经验，我们也不会吝啬带你去各个行业知名品牌的客户会议，带你熟悉广告行业以及客户部门的日常运作，来了你将获得全方位的锻(zhe)炼(mo)！除了日常客户部门的工作以外，也会放手让你尝试市场，品牌，推广，活动策划等工作。

能力要求：
-中英文无障碍切换（工作日常沟通全英文，海龟优先考虑）
-拿得出手的学历（艺术，市场，媒体或广告专业优先考虑）
-没有社交恐惧症，见大客户不怯场
-抗压能力强，有耐心，工作认真仔细
-善于发问与解决问题
-自我时间管理，项目管理能力
-网络热点一手抓，社交媒体全知道
-有媒体或市场部实习经验更佳
