The Global Management Traineesummer intern program is an intensive 2-month internship program which attractsthe brightest, most driven students and nurtures their talent by givingrelevant experiences right from the start. Our goal is to find people who cantake on challenging positions early on in their career and who have thepotential to be our GMTs and further become our future leaders. We achieve thisby putting the summer interns into business projects, where they will gaininsight into the real business.

Who Are We Looking For

•      Bacheloror master candidates to be graduated in 2018.

•      Fluentmandarin and proficient English.

•      Stronganalytical skills.

•      Ambitiousand self-driven.

•      Adaptive,comfortable with ambiguity.

•      Proficiencyin Microsoft Office.

•      Availablein July and August.
