Delphiis seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join the Finance LeadershipDevelopment Program (FLDP)which is designed to develop Delphi’s next generation of leadership.  Theprogram offers key finance development positions, an extensive finance andleadership training program, meaningful interaction with senior leadership bothinside and outside of the finance organization, and positions across the scopeof Delphi’s global operations.

For bachelor and master graduates, theprogram consists of three rotations, with at least one as an internationalassignment.  For MBA graduates, the program consists of two rotations,with one as an international assignment. FLDP positions are throughout the finance organization, both centrallyand within our divisions, in all functions across the finance organization,including:

• Accounting
  
• Corporate Development (M&A     and Strategy)
  
• Financial Planning &     Analysis
  
• Internal Audit
  
• Investor Relations
  
• Tax
  
• Treasury
  

The program is led by senior Delphifinance professionals and mentors and is committed to developing strong leadersfor the future with the opportunity for accelerated career growth. Following successful completion of this rigorous program, employees are placedin positions that continue to provide development opportunities and increasingresponsibility.

Qualifications:

• Finance or accounting majors     strongly preferred
  
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0     scale)
  
• Strong analytical and problem     solving skills
  
• Detail oriented
  
• Ability to work under pressure,     handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
  
• Excellent written and verbal     skills
  
• Leadership capability – campus     or other organization leadership experience ideal
